I have just started a weight loss regime (weight watchers to be precise) and it is very slow, so i would really like to start doing some exercise, it has been a long time since i exercised properly so running is not something i am interested in starting out with, also i am a student so i cant afford to go to the gym, does anyone have any tips on beginners exercise? serious answers please no cocky or insulting answers they will be reported

            I’ve been dieting for a while, and it’s a reasonably good plan that’s helping me lose weight.                 I mean like you run miles everyday, but still eat loads of crap (more so then you burn off during the exercise), your weight would go up, but surely all that exercise would see some change in your fitness?
