I have just started a weight loss regime (weight watchers to be precise) and it is very slow, so i would really like to start doing some exercise, it has been a long time since i exercised properly so running is not something i am interested in starting out with, also i am a student so i cant afford to go to the gym, does anyone have any tips on beginners exercise? serious answers please no cocky or insulting answers they will be reported

I don’t mean intentionally exercising like going to the gym or exercise videos. I mean, what do you do in your everyday activities and chores that gets you exercise? I chop and haul firewood. Yesterday we spent 2 hours gathering and loading firewood. So what do you do?

Also what exercise do i do to get rid of that fat on my legs or just kae them stronger but i like to get rid of it…and belly fat? what can i do?
